As Islanders hockey fans know, this team has a lot of heart. This week, the team visited children at 6 hospitals across Long Island. They brought gifts, bright smiles, and personally delivered a dream come true to some of their littlest (and biggest) hockey fans. Just a few weeks back, the Islanders took a field trip to Toys R Us to handpick the gifts they delivered today. Way to go, Isles.
